While Nautilus Growth Partners was formed in early 2020, its founder, Jim Boudreau has been consulting to startups and growth companies for more than 25 years.
He has served as a part-time or full-time executive for countless companies in myriad industries and has been directly responsible in his career for generating over $300 million in revenue. Through this experience he has assembled and vetted an equivalently capable executive team able to act as a “SWAT Team” to accelerate the growth of virtually any startup or mid-market company.

Why the Nautilus?
We chose the inimitable nautilus shell to identify us for a number of reasons, but primarily because it illustrates one of nature’s most profound equations, first recognized by Fibonacci, who noticed that its accelerating growth resulted in many of the most beautiful organisms on Earth. What better pattern to follow in building a company than the Golden Ratio.
